During workouts, drink as much as your body demands.

If you had fast food for lunch, then re-group, and have an apple in the afternoon. Go to the gym and have a healthy dinner. If you said a harsh word to someone, go back and apologize. If your frame of mind was crap all day, change it with your next thought.

During weekends, try not to slump on your bed or couch. Getting rid of your electronic gadgets for a while is excellent. Although this may be difficult to you but you have to control yourself and be motivated that you are doing this thing for your own good. Balancing your life is crucial.
